10 Ways to Raise Your Frequency Into a Higher State of Well-Being

Frequency: the rate of which your vibration moves per second.

It is completely possible to live in a mindful, universal way if we think in terms of vibration, energy and frequencies. We are all at our best when we find ourselves on a higher frequency- feeling joy, positivity, love, etc. Feelings of depression, anger, sadness lead to a lower frequency resulting in an overall drop in our state of well-being.

A healthy human body vibrates between 62-70 MHz

Lower frequencies can harm us, resulting in illness. For example, the human body with the cold or flu vibrates at 58 MHz. A body wherein cancer appears is vibrating at 42 MHz. If the human body is dying, the vibration can be measured around at a very low 20 MHz. 

It is so important to be mindful of the energy you collect and emit daily. The beauty in all of this is that we have full control over how we feel. You are the creator of your own reality, whether you believe it or not. Here are some ways you can start to raise your frequency and feel your way into a better state of well-being:



1. be kinder

Love always starts from within. Are you aware of the things you say to yourself when you're alone? The stories we tell ourselves on a daily basis will rule our reality in time. If we can be kinder with our words to ourselves and to others, we can then create a higher frequency. 2. Eat more living food

Since everything is energy, even the food you're eating is vibrating at a certain level. The more organic, the more unprocessed and down-to-earth, the higher the vibe it will be. For example, meat products vibrate at 3-5 MHz, while living greens are at 70 MHz. If you think about it, it makes sense. If you put more 'life' into your body, that's what you'll get. The saying is true... You are what you eat.


3. use essential oils

We all know that certain scents can lift our mood and even bring us into beautiful nostalgia. Using a diffuser or dabbing just a little on your wrists is a great way to breath in good vibes as well as a sense of clarity. Here is a chart of some key essential oils and their frequencies:

lavender: 118 mhz
german chamomile: 105 mhz
juniper: 98 mhz
peppermint: 78 mhz
basil: 52 MHz


4. Stop living for other people

It's easy to feel like our lives are being governed by the people we deal with on a daily basis, whether that's in your work life or even a relationship (parents, lover, friends etc). If we can step over the barrier of worrying of what others might think of us, there is a higher state of well-being there. At the end of the day, we only have ourselves. As long as you're living out of love, you really can't go wrong. If the people around you really care, they will support you and if not, they're making room for more supportive people to flow in.

5. spend time in nature

Spending more time outdoors can associate us with the feelings of love and presence. If you have time, go for a morning walk or embrace the golden hour by taking a moment to sit in the glow of the sun. Happiness seems to always be found in the little things that are around us daily. Take a moment to notice and feel your vibration rise. 


6. Move your body

Emotion: energy in motion. If you've ever gotten lost in a dance or felt the rush after a workout, you already know that moving your body is like moving the soul. Our bodies are not here to be taken for granted. They are here for us to use a vehicle to get us to where we need to go in our lives. Simply send love to your limbs daily and appreciate them with every movement. 


7. Express gratitude

This one can never be expressed enough. It is impossible to be in a low vibrational state while simultaneously being grateful. Start a journal and at the beginning or end of each day, write down everything that brings you joy. Re-realize the beautiful things and people you have in your life. 8. stay 👏 hydrated 👏 

Typical, right? Water helps circulate positive flowing energy AND it purifies and cleanses out the toxins. Naturally water is the perfect frequency raising tool. Drink up!


9. meditate 

Take time to quiet your mind and breath deeply. Meditation can come in many forms- from sitting, lying in the grass at the park while looking at the sky, walking around your favorite parts of the city, yoga... the list goes on. Simply take 5-10 minutes out of each day to reconnect to your inner guidance and your vibration will raise through the roof.


10. acts of kindness

What goes around comes back around. Doing something nice for someone can bring the same feeling back to you instantly. The smallest favor for a friend or even a stranger can the make a difference in not only their day, but yours too. The next time you see a door, open it for someone. Buy someone a coffee. Give a compliment. Raise the vibration of the world around you with simple acts of kindness.
